Configuring Outlook 2003

• Select TOOLS -> ACCOUNTS
• Select ADD A NEW EMAIL ACCOUNT <NEXT>
• Select POP3 or IMAP per the discussion on this page <NEXT>
• Enter your name "First Last", and email address "name@yourDomain.com"
• Set the "Incoming mail server" to "mail.yourDomain.com"
• Set the "Outgoing mail server" to "mail.yourDomain.com"
• Set the "User name" to "user@yourDomain.com"
• Press MORE SETTINGS
• On the OUTGOING SERVER tab, put a checkmark by "My outgoing server (SMTP) reuqires authentication"
• If you are setting up an IMAP account:
  • On the ADVANCED tab set the "Root folder path" to "INBOX"
• Press <OK>
• Press <NEXT>, <FINISH>
