Publishing your Website with FrontPage

Note: If you use FrontPage on your site, it is important that you do not also publish files using ftp, otherwise you risk damaging your FrontPage web.

We highly recommend that you only publish files with FrontPage 2000 or greater. There are compatibility issues with older versions.

Before uploading your home page, be sure it is named index.html.

Publishing to your website hosted at hostADP

If you are the site administrator for a website hosted at hostADP, you can access the website through FrontPage by selecting FILE -> OPEN WEB and then typing the full URL to your website. For example:

Login with the username of webmaster and the password you were provided. Note that this is not your email password.

You can access this site through FrontPage by selecting FILE -> OPEN WEB and then typing:

http://www.yourDomain.com/~username
